What does Capitán del Marketing do?

Which states do you operate in?

Florida, Texas, California, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Arizona, North Carolina and Illinois. We accept a maximum of 5 new realtors per month with ZIP code exclusivity.

How long does the installation take?

30 days for full installation (CRM configured, content publishing, ads running, automations live). If the system is not 100% installed in 30 days, we refund 100% of the payment. No questions asked.

Do I have to record videos?

Yes. The realtor records 4 short videos per week with their phone. Our team in Uruguay handles everything else: editing, publishing, ads, follow-up, technical configuration and automations.
